What We Do
Initial Appraisal
This starts with a site appraisal, examining both the physical state of the site and the multitude of regulatory issues that may apply to the potential investment. All sites thought to initially meet our investment criteria are inspected.
Regional Appraisal
We assess the site in relation to the UK government's sustainability criteria for development in relation to travel, facilities and employment, and any environmental issues that may be applicable.
Financial Appraisal
We consult with local planning authorities in order to establish the current provision of development and the forecast growth versus the local development framework targets.
Planning Appraisal
We assess both the realistic purchase price versus the potential uplift that could be achieved if the site were either re-classified for development or if existing planning permissions are enhanced.
